Sylvia Foz, Underwriter, has been in the mortgage industry since 1986. As an underwriter, she enjoys assisting borrowers with any issues in the loan approval process, ultimately with the goal of a successfully approved loan. Sylvia enjoys problem-solving and the continuous knowledge gained from overcoming challenges. Sylvia has developed a strong relationship with agents for the United States Department of Agriculture in Hawaii throughout her years of working in the industry. Before joining the mortgage industry, Sylvia was a corporate tax professional for an acclaimed cane sugar company. Sylvia enjoys watching golf in her free time and is an avid 49’ers fan.
